How long does it take to restore service?

Although we aim to restore the service as soon as possible, it may take some time depending on the situation. Please note that since this service delivers historical data, most failures will be restored on the next business day or later.

Will I get a refund if the service is suspended?

In principle, no refunds will be made. Please understand that this service achieves low-cost data delivery without guaranteeing high service uptime.

However, if service is suspended for more than a majority of the month, refunds may be issued up to the monthly fee for each plan. No refunds will be issued for free plans.
