GET /v2/fins/summary

Overview

You can obtain quarterly earnings summaries and disclosure information (mainly numerical data) on revisions to earnings and dividend information for listed companies.
Either issue code (code) or date (date) must be specified.

Attention

About Accounting Standards: Each item name output from the API is based on Japanese GAAP (JGAAP) disclosure items. Therefore, IFRS and U.S. GAAP (USGAAP) disclosure data do not have the concept of ordinary income, so the data is blank.

About addition of API item in response to the "Revision of the Quarterly Disclosure System":
- In response to the "Revision of the Quarterly Disclosure System", the items to be described in the Summary Form of Financial Statements will be changed as below.
  - before: "Changes in significant subsidiaries during the period (changes in specified subsidiaries resulting in the change in scope of consolidation)"
  - after: "Significant changes in the scope of consolidation during the period"
- In response to this change, "SignificantChangesInTheScopeOfConsolidation" is added to the response items of this API from Jul 22, 2024.
